BRISTOL, Tenn. – After winning the Agnes McAmis Memorial on Tuesday afternoon,
Julianna Go of the King University women's golf team has been named the Conference Carolinas women's golfer of the week.
Go, a freshman from San Juan, Philippines, earned the first individual medalist honors of her career. She shot a 76 in the opening round, following that with a 75 in round two for a total of 151. She won the event by five strokes over a pair of golfers from Tusculum University, helping King to a second-place finish at the event.
The Tornado will be back in action March 25-26 at the Bearcat Invitational, hosted by Lander University in Greenwood, S.C.
