Travelers Rest, S.C. – The King University women's golf team competed at the Trailblazer Spring Invitational, hosted by North Greenville University at Cherokee Valley Country Club on Monday and Tuesday.

Leading the way for the Tornado was
Kate Watanasiripong, who earned a top 10 finish after posting rounds of 83 and 84 for a two-day total of 167 (+23). Her consistent play across both rounds secured her a ninth-place finish in the field.

Gloria Capo followed with a 21
st-place finish, carding rounds of 87 and 94 to finish at 181 (+37).
Carolina Calzada rounded out King's competitors, placing 22
nd with rounds of 94 and 90 for a total of 184 (+40), improving her score in the second round.
