SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The King University women's golf team opened the spring season with a round of 346 at the Converse Spring Invitational. The Tornado were led Nicola Robertson and Roxane Nataf who are both in the top 20.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Robertson posted a score of 80 in the opening round and sits in 12th place.
- Nataf wasn't far behind, carding an 81, landing her in 16th place.
- Morgan Powers shots 88 and Shelby Zeiter rounded out the team with a score of 97.
FOR THE FOES
- Lee University is atop the team standings with a score of 304.
- Limestone College's Reme Cortes is atop the individual leaderboard with a score of one-under 71 in the first round.
