Bristol, Tenn. – King University esports teams played in two games over the past two days, Call of Duty and Valorant. The first game saw King fall in Valorant 2-0; tonight, however, King's COD team won another match to keep the winning streak alive 3-0.

The King University team took on Glenville University and added another 3-0 win to their season, making this the fourth perfect game in a row this season. With their most dominant victory of the season in Hardpoint, winning 250-71.

As mentioned, King won the first map, Hardpoint, in dominant fashion 250-71. With a total team K/D of 2.05 to secure the first map win.
Chase Proffitt led the team in the first map with a team-leading K/D of 2.60, dealing a total of 2794 damage with an impressive eight elimination streak.
Kirk Rahill is right behind his teammate with a K/D ratio of 2.40 and eight assists on 2623 damage.

In the second map, Search and Destroy, the Tornado cruised to victory, winning 6-2 and a team K/D of 2.07.
Moricio Castro led the team in elimination with eleven of them and a K/D ratio of 2.20, and an additional eight non-traded eliminations. Proffitt and Rahill were a strong two-three punch for the second map, with a K/D ratio of 3.50 for Rahill and 2.00 for Proffitt.

The final map was on overload, where King overwhelmed Glenville, winning 8-1. The team kept the gas on the pedal with a K/D of 1.89. Proffitt led the way with one of his best maps of the season, with 31 eliminations, a K/D of 2.58, and a 14-elimination streak, of 14 dealing 3131 of damage. Castro held the two spot strong with a K/D of 1.77 and 17 non-traded eliminations.

The King University Varlont team took on Rochester Community and Technical College and fell in a close 2-0 match. The first game King narrowly lost 13-9, and fell 13-3 in the second game.

In the first game, King and Rochester battled in a 13-9 final score. King had positives in the game with three players in the top five in combat score.
Cristobel Amiel was able to lead the Tornado through the first game with a 275 combat score and 20 eliminations, with six of them being first eliminations.
Matthew Montenegro-Strunk and
Oliver Toledo Paniagua helped in the two and three spot on the team with 217 and 208 combat scores, respectively.

In the second game, King worked to try to make a comeback but fell 13-3. The Tornado was led by Strunk with a 312 combat score and five assists with 16 eliminations. Rochester had the top two athletes as well as the fourth-best athlete, which led to their victory.
