Tornado compete in Conference Carolinas Event Finals

Bristol, Tenn. – Member of the King University Acrobatics & Tumbling team competed in the Event Finals as a part of the Conference Carolinas Championships on Sunday afternoon. The Tornado qualified for three heats in the Tumbling event – Trio, Quad, and Aerial.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Makenzie Templeman, Kinsee Storer and Caroline Etter competed in Trio Tumbling, scoring a 6.825/8.750 finishing in third place.
• The quad of Bridget Sweeney, Alexa Mathews, Carrington Coffey and Brooklyn Arant competed in the Quad Tumbling heat, scoring 6.475/8.000 to take third place.
• Caroline Etter competed in Aerial Tumbling taking second place with her score of 7.850/10.000.
