BRISTOL, Tenn. – The 11th-ranked King University acrobatics & tumbling team put together their best total score of the season, coming away with a win over Emmanuel College, but falling to 10th-ranked Belmont Abbey College. King topped Emmanuel 264.665-244.770, and the Crusaders defeated King 266.870-264.665 following a solid team event.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- King set 11 new season-high scores and matched another.
- The total score for the Tornado was also the highest of the season.
- King took the lead with two season-bests in the acro event and extended the advantage with a pair of season-highs in the tumbling event.
- However, Belmont Abbey outscored King by three points in the team event to take the win.
