HICKORY, N.C.- The King University men's swimming fell at Lenoir-Ryne in their third meet over the last eight days. The Tornado had multiple wins from four different swimmers, but fell to the Bears 143-110.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The King quartet of Jean Ducastel, Carson Eliasen, Jacob Sell and Sam Osowiecki finished second in the 400 yard medley relay with a time of 3:37.66.
- Sell finished third in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 10:44.06.
- In the 200 yard freestyle, Efe Ertuzun finished first with a time of 1:47.71 while Osowiecki came in fourth at 1:56.43.
- Ducastel won the 50 yard backstroke with a time of 25.22 seconds while Eliasen won the 50 yard breast stroke with a time of 28.59 seconds.
- In the 100 yard butterfly, Sell finished second in 54.32 seconds and Jack McDaniel came in fourth with a time of 57.33 seconds.
- Judson Stanford finished runner-up in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 24.34 seconds while Colby Simone came in fourth at 28.05 seconds.
- Ertuzun won the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 49.04 seconds while McDaniel came in third at 52.79 seconds.
- Ducastel won the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 54.03 seconds while Stanford touched the wall in 1:02.35 to finish fourth.
- Eliasen won the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:04.17 while Taylor Apps came in fourth at 1:05.13 and McDaniel came in fifth at 1:09.26.
- Osowiecki touched the wall in 5L18.46 to take third in the 500 yard freestyle.
- Ertuzun won the 400 yard individual medley with a time of 4:19.33 while Apps came in with a time of 4:52.72 to take fourth.
- The Tornado finished second and third in the 400 yard freestyle relay with the group of Osowiecki, Ducastel, Eliasen and Sell take a runner-up finish with a time of 3:18.64.
- The group of Ertuzun, Stanford, Apps and McDaniel finished third with a time of 3:29.01.
