Miller earns USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region honors

BRISTOL, Tenn. – Kolin Miller of the King University men's track & field team earned All-Southeast Region honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Miller earned the distinction in the hammer throw.

Miller improved his mark in the hammer throw in each of the three meets this year, starting with a mark of 49.98 meters in the Susan Rouse Invitational where he finished second in March 6. He then won the hammer throw at the GottaRun Invitational on April 3 with a mark of 50.40 meters.

The Lebanon, Tenn. native then set his personal record with a mark of 53.10 meters at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Track & Field Championships. He finished runner-up at the event, earning second team all-conference honors.
