Bristol, Tenn.- King University has named Coach Haley Price as its new Director of Volleyball, entrusting her with the leadership of both the women's and men's volleyball programs. The announcement was made by Vice President of Athletics Jose Larios, who highlighted Coach Price's alignment with the university's mission: "Coach Price clearly understands our Christ-animated vision and has demonstrated that through her tremendous leadership of our women's program. With Coach Price at the helm of both programs, there will be one voice and one vision for our volleyball programs that will be built on character development and the pursuit of excellence."

Coach Price and her staff will look to further strengthen the women's program, which concluded the 2025 campaign with a 10-10 record in Conference Carolinas. She also takes over a men's program that finished the season 4-24, including an 0-14 mark in conference play.

Coach Price expressed her enthusiasm for the new role, stating, "I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to step into the Director of Volleyball role at King University. This is a special place with a strong foundation, and I'm excited to build on that by leading both our men's and women's programs with purpose, faith, and a commitment to excellence. My goal is to create alignment across the program - developing student-athletes not only as competitors, but as leaders of character. The legacy we build here will be defined by how we serve, how we grow, and how we represent something bigger than ourselves every day."

Coach Price's new role will officially begin on June 1, 2026.
