Spartanburg, S.C. – King University Cheerleading team competed in the Conference Championship, where they took home the team title at Wofford. Beating out nine other conference teams to take home the overall team championship.

They competed this morning, starting the day for the whole conference with a statement performance with a score of 73 out of a total possible score of 88.75, which took them the whole way for the win at the conference championship. This score was converted into a grand total of 81.11111, which was just 3.1 points better than Lee-McRae's, earning the championship. With that score, they won both the Co-Ed Division Championship and the Overall Championship.
