BANNER ELK, N.C. – The King University men's swimming team closed regular season with a triumph at rival Lees-McRae College on Wednesday night. King took seven wins in the 65-35 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Tornado started with a win in the 200 yard medley relay as the quartet of Jean Ducastel, Carson Eliasen, Jacob Sell and Sam Osowiecki finished in 1:36.77.
- Sell won the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 49.16 seconds while Osowiecki acme in fourth at 51.20 seconds.
- Efe Ertuzun won the 50 yard breaststroke with a time of 27.75 seconds while Jack McDaniel came in second at 28.44 seconds.
- Ducastel won the 50 yard backstroke with a time of 24.48 seconds.
- Sell touched the wall in 52.84 seconds to win the 100 yard butterfly while McDaniel's time of 57.10 seconds placed him sixth.
- Ertuzun's 100 yard individual medley time of 53.44 seconds gave him first place.
- Osowiecki won the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 22.66 seconds while Gideon Bezuidenhout finished second with a time of 22.69 seconds.
- Eliasen's 100 yard breaststroke time of 1:03.76 gave him a runner-up finish.
- Ducastel won the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 53.72 seconds.
- Sell and Ertuzun finished first and second in the 50 yard butterfly with times of 23.97 and 24.25 seconds, respectively.
- The 200 yard freestyle relay team of Osowiecki, Ducastel, Ertuzun and Eliasen finished first with a time of 1:30.69.
