MARS HILL, N.C. – The King University men's swim team traveled to Mars Hill for pair of dual meets against Mars Hill and Emmanuel. The Tornado fell to Mars Hill by a score of 73-128 and to Emmanuel by a score of 70-132.

HOW IT HAPPENED
	- The 200 yard medley relay team placed third with a time of 1:40.41 and the 200 yard freestyle relay also placed third with their time of 1:29.83.
 
	- Edu Elizaran Galan came home with the win in the 200 yard freestyle at 1:44.30 and a second place finish in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 52.81.
 
	- Vlad Fedoseev won the 50 yard freestyle at 22.05 seconds and took second in the 100 yard freestyle with his time of 48.72.
 
	- Gabriel Noguera placed fifth in the 1000 yard freestyle at 10:42.07 and fifth in the 500 yard freestyle at 5:12.06.
 
	- Oscar Kroos touched the wall at 4:08.75 to finish in second place in the 400 yard individual medley and he swam a 1:47.18 200 yard freestyle for third place.
 
	- Matthew Montenegro-Strunk had a fifth place finish in the 100 yard butterfly at 57.51 seconds.
 
	- A swim of 1:03.19 gave Patricio Perezpuebla the fourth place finish in the 100 breaststroke.
 
 
UP NEXT
The men's swim team will have a few weeks rest before they head to Barbourville, Kentucky for the Bulldog Invitational hosted by Union Commonwealth University on November 21 through November 23.
