Trevor Cameron was announced in Oct. 2024 as the first head women's flag football coach in school history. 

Cameron, a 2023 graduate of Milligan, has worked as a student assistant and graduate assistant at Milligan since Aug. 2020. During the 2023-24 season, the Buffaloes posted the best season in program history, finishing 9-8, with two wins over Point University, and wins over Life University and Baker College.

Cameron spent the summer of 2023 working as a Box Office Intern with the Elizabethton River Riders. While a student at Milligan, he earned his bachelor's in sports management and exercise science, while compiling a 3.0 GPA. Cameron is currently enrolled in graduate school at Milligan. He also competed on the Milligan esports team, including being the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative for the Buffaloes.
