2017: Posted a season best 8k time at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 28:48.52...At the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite he posted a time of 30:10.1 in the 8k race...At the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championship he recorded a time of 30:46.1 in the 8k...In his only 5k race of the year, the Gene Mullin Invitational, he posted a time of 17:20.58.

2016: At the Eye Opener Invitational he posted a time of 27:59.94 to take 12th place in the 8k...At the Asheville XC Carnival he finished with a time of 30:23.80 in th 8k...At the Greater Louisville Classic he posted a time of 28:05.15 in the 8k...At the Queens Royals XC Challenge in the 8k he smahed his personal record by 32 seconds with a time of 27:22.1...In his final race of the year at the Conference Carolinas championship in the 8k he posted a time of 29:26.04 to take 28th place.

2015: Opening up his collegiate career at the Cover Bridge Open he finished with a 6400 meter time of 23:05.06...At the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite he recorded a season best 8k time of 27:54.77...At the Conference Carolinas championship he posted an 8k time 28:47.5...At the NCAA southeast regional he recorded a time of 38:17.7 in his first 10k race.

High School: Graduated from Halls High School. He holds the record for fasest mile, 2 mile, 5k, and 800. He is a member of the National Honors Society.
