BRISTOL, Tenn. -- The King University men's soccer team dropped their Conference Carolinas match, 2-0 to Chowan University Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Hawks got things started in the 6th minute when they got a pair of shots on goal, both of which were stopped by Gauthier Lumale.
- Chowan continued to pressure the Tornado defense, getting a pair of corner kicks and a shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the shot sailed over the goal.
- Eric Swain took the first shot of the day for the Tornado in the 21st minute, but missed top right.
- Swain got another chance in the closing seconds, but missed high, sending the match into halftime tied at 0.
- It took 33 seconds for the Hawks to score in the second half, putting them ahead 1-0.
- Roman De Leon took a shot for the Tornado in the 54th minute but was unable to score.
- Chowan scored their second goal in the 75th minute off a corner kick.
- The Hawks dominated the rest of the match, not allowing a single Tornado shot to take the 2-0 win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
