WILSON, N.C. – The King University women's tennis team traveled to take on Barton College in a Conference Carolinas dual. The Bulldogs grabbed the lead in doubles play and took the contest 8-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Barton took all three doubles matches, taking the first flight 8-1, the second flight 8-2 and the third flight be default.
- King got on the board in singles play when Haley Maloney defeated Shauna Kelly 6-1, 6-2 at No. 5 singles.
- However, the Bulldogs took the other five singles matches to take the dual 8-1.
