WISE, Va. – The King University women's tennis team returned to the court on Monday night at UVa-Wise. The Tornado took a pair of wins in singles, but that was it as the Cavaliers took the dual 7-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cavaliers started with a 2-0, taking the No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles matches by default.
- UVa-Wise then won the top two flights in doubles, 8-3 at the top flight and 8-5 at the second flight.
- In singles play, Jennifer Harr got the Tornado on the board with an 8-3 win over Mackenzie Lawson.
- At No. 4 singles, Isla Bell earned a 9-8 (7-2) victory over Serena Burgess.
- However, that was the last win for the Tornado as UVa-Wise took the dual 7-2.

- King is in action again on Thursday when they face the University of Montevallo in Chattanooga, Tenn.
