INMAN, S.C. – Competing in their second event in four days, the King University women's golf team finished ninth at their final event of the fall season, the Converse Fall Invite.
Jasmine Sachdev led the Tornado, finishing tied for 16th.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sachdev shot a 78 in the first round before following it up with a second-round 80. Tuesday in the final round she shot a team-best 75.
- Lucy Holbrough finished tied for 22nd, along with Kate Watanasiripong, both of whom shot a two-day 236. Holbough carded rounds of 80 in the first two rounds before posting a 76 in the final round.
- Watanasiripong opened the tournament by shooting 78, before carding her lowest score of the tournament, a 76 in the second round. In the final round, she shot an 82.
- Carolina Cazada was the fourth Tornado to compete, shooting a three-round total of 254, including a third round of 83, improving on her scores from the first two rounds.
FOR THE FOES
- Coker and Emmanuel tied for the team win, with Coker winning the tiebreaker.
- Mara Martinez of Emmanuel was the individual medalist after needing a tiebreaker over Young Harris' Tamara Brito.
UP NEXT
- The Tornado will start the spring portion of their schedule on Feb. 10 when they compete at the LMU Spring Kickoff in St. Augustine, Fla.
