GREENWOOD, S.C. – The King University women's golf team closed their regular season at the Lady Bearcat Invitational, with
Jasmine Sachdev finishing in 50th-place to lead the Tornado.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sachdev was the top finisher for King, finishing tied for 50th. After posting an 81 in the opening round, she carded a tournament-low 76 in round two before firing an 83 in the final round, finishing at 240.
- Lucy Holbrough carded an 81 in both the first and third rounds, with an 86 in the second round to finish tied for 68th with a score of 248.
- Kate Watanasiripong and Carolina Calzada rounded out the King lineup, with Watanasiripong carding a tournament-best score of 81 in the second round en route to a total of 259, while Cazada finished at 268 for the event.
FOR THE FOES
- Amely Bochaton of Wingate was the individual medalist, finishing with a total of 209, seven strokes ahead of a two-way tie for second place.
- Wingate also won the team title, finishing seven strokes ahead of second-place Lander.
UP NEXT
- This was the final event of the regular season for King, who now turn their sights to the conference championships, scheduled for April 6-8 in Snow Hill, N.C.
