MOCKSVILLE, N.C. –
Gretchen Grambow scored in the 75th minute Wednesday night as the King University women's soccer team battled Lees-McRae to a 1-1 draw.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bobcats took an early lead, scoring in the seventh minute to go up 1-0.
- Izzy Clark got the first shot on goal of the match for King in the 32nd minute, but it was stopped by the Lees-McRae goalkeeper.
- Olivia Seston made a save in the 41st minute, keeping it a 1-0 match going into the halftime break.
- Lees-McRae got the first shot on goal of the second half just five minutes in, which after a Seston save was followed by Ella Froehlich taking a shot on goal less then a minute later.
- Following a Teeghan Harris shot that was deflected out of bounds, resulting in a King corner kick, Grambow scored off the corner, evening the score at one.
- The final shot on goal for the night for either team came from Mackenzie Winters in the 78th minute, but it was turned away by the Bobcats goalkeeper. One final shot by the Bobcats sailed wide right, ending the match 1-1.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- The goal scored by Grambow was the first of her Tornado career.
- The Tornado finished with five shots on goal, with Lees-McRae finishing with three.
