BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University women's soccer team fell at home Saturday afternoon, 2-0 to Lees-McRae.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- King goalkeeper Olivia Seston made her first save of the match in the 15th minute, keeping things scoreless.
- The first Lees-McRae goal came in the 31st minute, putting the Bobcats ahead 1-0.
- Coming out of the halftime break, Mackenzie Winters took a shot in the 54th minute, but it missed the goal.
- The Tornado weathered a Bobcats attack in the 66th minute, as Lees-McRae got a pair of shots on goal and a corner kick, but the Tornado defense was able to keep the score 1-0.
- The Bobcats added a second goal in the 73rd minute, extending their advantage to 2-0.
- In the closing minutes, Ella Froehlich took a shot on goal for King, but it was stopped by the Lees-McRae goalkeeper, preserving the 2-0 Lees-McRae win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Froehlich's shot on goal was the only one on the match for the Tornado, who took a total of four shots on the day.
- Seston finished with three saves in goal.
FOR THE FOES
- Gwen O'Brien had the first goal for Lees-McRae, and also had an assist on the second goal, which was scored by Ivy Cagno.
