Reese Lauletta '26

Reese C. Lauletta is an emerging collegiate swimming and diving coach with NCAA Division II experience as both a student-athlete and developing leader. She was announced as the Graduate Assistant for King University Swimming & Diving in 2026.

Lauletta brings a strong blend of athlete development, program operations, and technical swimming knowledge to the Tornado staff. In her role at King, she assists with recruiting, daily training, meet preparation, and athlete mentorship, while also supporting sales and marketing initiatives. As a student-athlete, she competed in butterfly events and helped set multiple program relay records.

Before joining King’s coaching staff, Lauletta served as a Consumer Sales Intern at Bristol Motor Speedway beginning in January 2025. She managed ticketing operations for major NASCAR and NHRA events, utilized Archtics and Ticketmaster CRM systems, and contributed to the MLB Speedway Classic featuring the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds, which set a new MLB regular-season attendance record with 91,032 tickets sold.

Lauletta’s coaching background includes roles with Carmel Country Club and Windrow Swim in North Carolina, where she helped both programs earn league championships. She coached youth swimmers toward personal bests, led daily practices focused on technique and endurance, and emphasized nutrition habits that support performance.

A native of Weddington, North Carolina, Lauletta earned her B.S. in Sports Management from King University in 2026, graduating Cum Laude with multiple Provost’s List and President’s List honors. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Sports Management and Leadership, expected in Summer 2027. Her leadership development includes participation in King University’s Champions of Character workshop, where she learned from senior administrators at UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University.
