Mikayla Spiggs joined King University and Holston Medical Group as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in August of 2025.

Through her athletic training masters’  degree clinical experiences, she has experience at Lenoir-Rhyne University (women’s lacrosse, volleyball, triathlon, basketball, and football), Virigina Military Institute (football), Appalachian State University (volleyball), and Wikes Central High School (football, basketball, wrestling, track & field).

Spriggs earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2023 and her Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2025, both from Appalachian State University.
