Jasmyn Stanley

Jasmyn Stanley was named Graduate Assistant for King University Softball in August 2026, bringing a decorated playing career, emerging coaching experience, and a strong academic background to the Tornado program. Stanley’s leadership, athletic achievements, and hands-on involvement in college athletics make her a valuable addition to the staff as King Softball continues to build its tradition of excellence.

In her role at King, Stanley assists with all facets of the softball program, including on-field coaching, player development, practice planning, and recruiting operations. Her recent experience coaching for the Germantown Aces travel team, where she helped introduce young athletes to proper mechanics and fundamentals, has shaped her developmental approach and commitment to fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

Stanley’s background as a student-athlete is highlighted by an illustrious collegiate career at Rhodes College, where she earned numerous honors including 2022 Tennessee Miss Softball (Class 2A), SAA Athlete of the Year (2025), multiple All-Conference selections, and recognition on the SAA All-Tournament Team. Her experience and success on the field provide invaluable insight, mentorship, and inspiration for current Tornado student-athletes.

In addition to her athletic and coaching experience, Stanley was actively involved in the Rhodes Sports Information department, assisting with live streams, athletic photography, and event management for all sports. This role enhanced her understanding of sports media, communications, and the importance of promoting collegiate athletics.

A native of Wildersville, Tennessee, Stanley graduated from Rhodes College in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Educational Studies. She maintained a 3.95 GPA and completed graduate-level research on motivation and beneficial recall in student-athletes. Stanley’s dedication to community service, leadership roles in Chi Omega, and commitment to supporting girls’ and women’s athletics further underscore her impact both on and off the field. Her blend of coaching promise, academic excellence, and championship pedigree positions her as a key contributor to King University Softball.
