2013: Finished fourth in the weight throw at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships on February 16 with a personal record toss of 12.14 meters... Recorded a personal best javelin throw of 17.99 meters at hte Beynon Sports Catamount Classic on March 22-23... Posted a personal record shot put of 10.50 meters at the Charlotte 49er Classic on March 14-16... Set a pair of personal records on April 19-20 at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships, in the discus and hammer throw... Recorded a discus throw of 34.44 meters to place fifth, and a hammer throw of 29.06 meters.
