Prior to King

Prior to returning to King, Keitt spent a year living in New Zealand working with Ignite Sport, which is a youth development organization. Ignite Sport uses the avenue of sport to encourage people to consider character, values balance and heart. Keitt coordinated two programs, one at a middle school, Wainuiomata Intermediate School and the other was Titiro Whakamua, a Teen Parent Unit. While there she also worked with the youth group at Knox Presbyterian Church.

In her four years at King, the Tornado won 56 games as Keitt helped the Tornado improve from five wins her freshman year, to 20 wins her senior campaign.
