Caitlin Bullock

Bullock joined the Tornado staff in the summer of 2016 after spending 2015 as the head coach at Heathwood Hall in Columbia, South Carolina. Prior to that, she spent three years as a student assistant for the Erskine College men's program that participated in the NCAA Division I Men's Volleyball National Championship.

The Tornado captured their second straight Conference Carolinas regular season title in 2018 and hosted the Conference Carolinas Men's Volleyball Championship for the first time. King won the conference tournament with a sweep of Barton, securing their first NCAA Division I Men's Volleyball Championship appearance. Ultimately, the Tornado fell to two-time defending national champion Ohio State, ending their season with a 23-6 record. Jeff Sprayberry and Nick Drooker garnered first team all-conference recognition. Kiel Bell and Jon Wheaton both were selected second team all-conference. Sprayberry earned AVCA All-America honorable mention recognition for the second straight year.

Bullock helped King to their first Conference Carolinas title. King posted program records for wins in a season, 28, and Conference Carolinas wins in a season, 16. The Tornado posted an overall record of 28-4 while going 16-2 in league play. They won their first-ever Conference Carolinas Tournament match and fell to Mount Olive in the conference tournament semifinals. Jeff Sprayberry was selected honorable mention AVCA All-America as well as Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Year and first team all-conference. Including Sprayberry, King had five individuals garner all-conference honors.

In her first season at King, Bullock helped the women's volleyball team to a third place finish in the Conference Carolinas North Division standings with a league mark of 11-5 while going 13-15 overall. The Tornado reached the semifinals of the Conference Carolinas Tournament for the fourth straight year and Becca Huddleston was selected Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year. The Tornado also had five players garner all-conference honors.

On the men's side, Bullock helped guide the Tornado to their first Conference Carolinas title, posting program records for wins in a season, 28, and Conference Carolinas wins in a season, 16. The Tornado posted an overall record of 28-4 while going 16-2 in league play. They won their first-ever Conference Carolinas Tournament match and fell to Mount Olive in the conference tournament semifinals. Along with helping coach the men's program at Erskine, Bullock was a standout on the court for the Flying Fleet. At outside hitter, she led Erskine to their first Conference Carolinas title in 2014, including their first-ever berth into the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Championship. During her senior season of 2014, she was selected All-Conference Carolinas and was named honorable mention All-Region from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).

Bullock graduated from Erskine with a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Management while minoring in Health Science and Business Administration.
