2015-16: Indoor: Set a season best with a shot put of 11.57 meters at the season-opening Appalachian Open Indoor Track Meet.

2014-15: Indoor: Registered personal records in the shot put and weight throw...Posted a shot put mark of 11.80 meters at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships...His best weight throw of 9.45 meters came at teh ETSU Buccaneer Invitational...Outdoor: Set a discus personal record with a mark of 33.11 meters at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships...Posted an outdoor personal record shot put of 11.22 meters at the Catamount Classic.

2014: Posted a season best mark in the shot put at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships, taking ninth place with a toss of 11.04 meters...Had an outdoor season best shot put mark of 11.03 meters at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational...Set personal records with marks of 31.24 meters in the discus and 22.14 meters at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classic.

High School: Earned four letters in track & field and three in football at Tri Cities Christian High School... Helped the football team finish state runner-up in 2009... Was a member of the 2011 NACA D.V. national championship football team...Was on the Honor Roll.
