2013: Set a personal record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:09.70 at the Charlotte 49er Classic on March 14-16... Posted a career best mile time of 4:28.74 at the Liberty Open on January 25-26... In the outdoor season, participated in the 800, 1,500, 3,000 and 10,000 meters for the first time in his career... Posted an 800 meter time of 2:01.74 at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classic on March 23... Registered a 1,500 meter time of 4:11.46 at the same event... Covered the 10,000 meter distance in 35:01.85 at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships to finish seventh on March 20...
