2017: At the Greater Louisville Classic he posted a personal record with his time of 29:01.18 in the 8k race...At the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational he recorded a time of 29:19.44 in the 8k...At the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational he tallied a time of 29:42.8 in the 8k race...At the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championship he posted a time of 30:26.7 in the 8k...At the WCU Cross Country Festival he recorded a 5k time of 17:39.04.

High School: Qualified for state in 2014 and 2016...Selected all-conference...Covered the 5k distance in 17:10 and the mile in 5:03.
