Kreiss brings a wealth of coaching experience having coached avariety of sports over more than 20 years including cricket,softball rugby and basketball.  He was head of the basketballprogram at Hutt International Boys'' School in Wellington, NewZealand for 10 years taking several teams to playoffs andchampionship games before making the move to King to run the YouthMinistry program.

During his time at King he was head coach of the mens''junior varsity basketball team for one year and assistantcoach for the Lady Tornado basketball squad for three seasonsbefore taking the head job with the cycling team in 2009. Kreissencouraged the team to a second-place finish in their first seasonof competition in 2010. He is a USAC certified coach and teaches inthe youth ministry and physical education departments at King.

Kreiss graduated from Eastern University in 1988, with a BA ineducation, History and Youth Ministry and received his MEd. fromMassey University (New Zealand) in Educational Guidance in2000.
