Women's Basketball: King University vs. Emmanuel College

King University

King has yet to take the court this season and was picked to finish fifth in the Conference Carolinas Preseason Poll.
The Tornado will have a veteran presence this year as their leading returners are all juniors and seniors.
Trinity Lee leads this group as she was the 2018-19 Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year and garnered all-conference honors a season ago.
Head coach Josh Thompson will also rely on senior Ali Golden along with juniors Ryleigh Fritz and Kiki Samsel.

Emmanuel has played two games this season, both coming in December.
On December 1, the Lions topped Augusta University 76-59 and on December 15 they defeated Anderson University 77-67.
In the Conference Carolinas Preseason Poll, Emmanuel was picked to finish third.
Emmanuel's top returner appears to be 2019-20 all-conference and all-tournament selection Breanna Locke.
In two games this season, Locke is averaging 28.5 points per game.
