• Helped John S. Battle High School to three district runner-up finishes and one region runner-up finish
• Two-time cross country all-conference, all-district and all-region selection
• All-region and all-district in the 3200 meter run
• District champion and all-region in the 3200 meter relay
• Personal records of 10:37 in the 3200 meters, 4:55 in the 1600 meters and 2:16 in the 800 meters
