Franklin Springs, Ga. The King University Men's Wrestling took on Emmanuel University in a Conference Carolinas dual match, winning 33-9. King was able to earn one pin on the night, coming at 141 by
Ashtan Hendricks in 42 seconds.

The Tornado started the match off slowly, losing at 125 by pin. King was able to come back and win the next five bouts, starting with Alex Fernancez III winning at 133 by decision 9-4.

Hendricks would get the pin at 141, and
Brennan Watkins would win at 149 by a decision of 4-2.
Joe Bertrand at 157 would make a statement win with a major decision of 14-3, putting King in the lead of 16-6.

Sayfore Seih would then not let his opponent score a single point in 6:36 to earn himself a tech fall at 165. The Tornado would drop the match at 174 in a sudden victory.

King then went on to win the last three bouts in major decision from
Luke Justice at 184 in a 17-7, by tech fall from
David Bertrand at 197 in 4:07, and finally with
Nathan Coley at 285 in a decision victory of 6-4.
