Mat Vieira won their singles matches Friday as the King University men's tennis team dropped their Conference Carolinas matchup, 5-2 to Emmanuel.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Emmanuel won both doubles matches that were finished, taking the point.
- Playing at no. 3 singles, Halcrow won his fifth consecutive singles match, beating Henrique Castro 7-5, 6-2.
- Vieira won his match at no. 6 singles, 7-5, 6-2 over Matheus Pimenta.
- The Lions took wins at both of the top two singles flights, as well as no. 4 and no. 5 singles, with Danny Neleman forcing a third set at no. 2 singles
