GREENEVILLE, TENN.– The King University men's tennis team dropped their season-opener, 6-1 Tuesday afternoon at Tusculum.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- During the doubles matches the team was not able to get a victory in any of the matchups, giving the point to Tusculum
- Caetano Luzzi was able to pick up a win for the Tornado, winning 6-0, 7-5 at no. 5 singles
- At no. 2 singles, Danny Neleman won the first set in a tiebreak, before dropping the second and third sets.
- Rhys Halcrow also forced a third set in his match at no. 4 singles, taking his first set 6-0 before falling in the final two sets.

- The Tornado will face Davis & Elkins Sunday at 10:00 a.m. before taking on Lincoln Memorial at 2:00 p.m. Both matches will be hosted by Lincoln Memorial.
