BANNER ELK, N.C. – The King University men's tennis team picked up a pair of wins Wednesday at Lees-McRae, but ultimately couldn't prevail, falling 5-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Despite Isaac Yang and Rhys Halcrow winning 6-4 at no. 2 doubles, the Bobcats took the point after taking the final two matches.
- Alex Sodre picked up a win in his singles match, winning 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) at no. 2 singles, while Yang won 6-2, 6-1 at no. 3 singles.
- Lees-McRae took the no. 1 singles match, as well as both no. 4, no. 5 and no. 6 singles to take the match.
