BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University women's tennis team dropped their nonconference match Thursday, 7-0 to the University of Illinois Springfield.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Prairie Stars won all three doubles matches, one by default and two by matching 6-0 scores to take the point.
- UIS also swept the singles matches, with Deniz Aytun falling 6-4, 6-0 at the top singles flight, while Mishka Koricinova dropped a 6-1, 6-4 match at no. 2 singles.
- After taking wins at no. 3 and no. 4 singles, UIS took the final two flights by default.
