BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University men's golf team had two teams play in their home tournament, the King Invitational. The Tornado A team finished fifth with a total of 578 while the King B team finished sixth at 580.
Beam Ratanaprasartporn posted two rounds under par to finish second.

HOW IT HAPPENED – King A
- Åasmund Norum led the Tornado with a tournament total of 143. He carded a 72 in the opening round before shooting 71 in the final round.
- Norum finished eighth, his first top 10 of the season.
- Jose Luis Garcia Jimenez wasn't far behind, finishing 12th with a score of 144.
- He opened with a round of 73 before carding a 71 in the final round.
- Peyton Perez shot 71 in the first round and 74 in the second round to finish with a total of 145 in 14th place.
- Carles Calvo Molina came in with a 73 in the first round and 76 in the second round for a total of 149.
- Harvey Fitzpatrick improved on an opening round of 79 with a final round of 73 to finish at 152.
HOW IT HAPPENED – King B
- Ratanaprasartporn carded back-to-back rounds of one-under 69 to finish with a total of 138.
- He finished second, two strokes back of the tournament winner.
- The rounds of 69 were the lowest career rounds for Ratanaprasartporn.
- Tyler Kipp followed a round of 75 with a round of 72 to finish with a total of 147.
- Also finishing at 147 was Yago Rio who shot 74 in the first round and 73 in the second round.
- Mark Sawyer followed an opening round of 76 with a round of 72 to finish with a total of 148.
- Rounding out the team score was Gustav Damgaard who shot 156. He posted a 77 in the first round and 79 in the second round.
- Playing as individuals, Blake Liles finished at 160 and Joseph Snyder finished at 162.
- Liles shot 80 in each round while Snyder shot 79 in the first round and 83 in the final round.
FOR THE FOES
- Tusculum University won the tournament wit ha score of 564 while the Erskine College B team finished second at 574.
- Tusculum's Thomas Kollberg won the tournament with a score of four-under 136. He shot three-under 67 in the final round.
