Lee selected first team All-Conference Carolinas

BRISTOL, Tenn. – For the fourth time in her career, Trinity Lee has received postseason recognition from Conference Carolinas. Lee was selected first team All-Conference Carolinas for the first time in her career following her spectacular senior season.

Lee was selected second team all-conference each of the last two years and Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year in 2018-19.

This season Lee has been one of the top three-point shooters in Conference Carolinas as she leads the league with a 41.0 three-point field goal percentage. She also ranks third in the league with 55 three-point makes and an average of 2.29 three-point baskets per game.

The Knoxville, Tenn., native also ranks in the league's top 10 in terms of free throws attempted (112), made (86) and a free throw percentage of 76.8. Lee ranked sixth in Conference Carolinas with a scoring average of 14.9 points per game while averaging 5.4 rebounds per contest. On the defensive end, she ranked 14th in the league with an average of 1.7 steals per game.

In December she became the first Tornado in the NCAA era (since 2010-11) to top the 30-point make in a game when she scored a career-high 31 points in a comeback win at UNC Pembroke. In the contest she also eclipsed the 1,000-point mark, becoming the third Tornado in the NCAA era to top the 1,000-career point mark.

She ends her career with 1,231 career points, ranking her sixth all-time and the leader in the NCAA era. Over her four years on campus, Lee started all 97 games she appeared in, averaging 30.3 minutes per game. She shot 42.7 percent from the floor and 35.2 percent from long range with two seasons over 40.0 percent. Lee also snared 4.6 rebounds per game while handing out 1.4 assists per game. She averaged 12.7 points per game over her four years on campus.
