BRISTOL, Tenn. – With rain falling in Bristol, the King University softball schedule has been altered for the weekend's games. The Tornado were scheduled to play three games on Friday and three on Saturday, but those games have been shifted to Saturday and Sunday.
King will face Emory & Henry College at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, followed by the Wasps taking on Queens University at 1:00 p.m. The host Tornado will then take on Queens at 3:00 p.m.
On Sunday, King will square off with Queens at 10:30 a.m. before the Royals take on Emory & Henry at 1:00 p.m. The weekend concludes with King taking on Emory & Henry at 3:00 p.m.
The Tornado are 6-4 on the season and most recently defeated 11th-ranked Lincoln Memorial University 13-5 on Wednesday afternoon.
