BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University men's soccer team dropped their final home match of the season, 5-0 to Belmont Abbey Saturday afternoon at Parks Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Crusaders took a pair of shots in the first five minutes, but both of the shots went wide of the net.
- Belmont Abbey struck for a goal in the 22nd minute to take a 1-0 lead.
- The Tornado got their first shot in the 33rd minute, but Pedro Herrera's shot was blocked by the Crusaders defense.
- Belmont Abbey would score a pair of goals in the closing minutes of the half to take a 3-0 lead into the intermission.
- The Crusaders added a fourth goal in the 51st minute to go ahead 4-0.
- Belmont Abbey added a fifth goal in the 63rd minute, extending their lead to 5-0.
- Erick Manirakiza had a scoring chance off a pass from Campbell Moore, but it was stopped by the Belmont Abbey goalkeeper.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Manirakiza had the lone shot on goal for the Tornado, while Weston Joyner had two shots on the day.
- Collin Teperino had a pair of saves after playing 45 minutes in net.
