King falls at Wofford in spring opener

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The King University men's tennis team opened their spring season with a dual at NCAA Division I foe Wofford College. The Terriers took the doubles point before taking the match 7-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • The tightest doubles match was at the third flight were Charles Jabaley and Sebastian Lieflaender fell to John Crawford and Diego Losada 6-4.
  • In singles play, Arturo Alfaro dropped a tight 7-6, 6-2 match to Bryce Keim at the third flight.
  • At the top flight, Lennard Neumann fell to Julian Chousa 6-3, 7-6.

UP NEXT

  • King travels to Lincoln Memorial University on Tuesday. The nonconference dual is scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m.
