BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University women's basketball team made history last weekend, winning their first Conference Carolinas Tournament and earning the first NCAA Tournament berth. This weekend the seventh seeded Tornado will be looking to make more history at the NCAA Southeast Regional when they take on second seeded and 21st-ranked Wingate University in the first round at host Columbus State University on Friday.
