Box Score CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The King University women's volleyball team fell to the University of Montevallo in three sets in their second match at the Queens University Tournament. The Falcons pulled away late in each of the first two sets before a run in the middle of the third set to take the match.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Montevallo took the first set after scoring eight of the final 11 points of the set.
- After being tied at 16 in the second set Montevallo closes on a 9-3 run.
- In the final set King held an early 14-9 lead before Montevallo gained control following an 8-1 run leading them to victory.
- Senior Lauren Willoughby posted a team-high nine kills
- Olivia Underwood tallied 26 assists and seven digs, both team-highs.
FOR THE FOES
- Montevallo posted blistering a .392 hitting percentage for the match.
- Montevallo's was led by Nicole Holton who had 16 kills and eight digs.
- Carissa Bell led the team in digs with 13.
- Briana Marquez posted a match-high of 27 assists.
