After pinning eighth-ranked Lara Perez of Gannon, she fell behind in the championship dual to second-ranked Yele Aycock of North Central, but was able to rally and picked up a win via fall in 5:26 to propel the Tornado back into the lead, which they were able to hang onto to claim their second consecutive NWCA National Duals championship, and their sixth overall.
