2013: Earned USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region honors during the indoor season in the distance medley relay... Helped the distance medley relay team psoted a time of 12:59.06 at teh Hilton Garden Invitational on February 1-2 to place fifth at the event... Posted a personal best 3,000 meter time of 10:51.02 to place seventh at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships on February 16... Finished fourth at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships on April 19-20 with a 1,500 meter time of 5:09.80... Recorded a personal record 1,500 meter time of 5:05.17 at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classi on March 22-23... Also set a personal best 800 meter time of 2:28.39 at the same event... Covered the 5,000 meter distance in a personal record time of 18:25.85 at the Charlotte 49er Classic on March 14-16.
