BRISTOL, Tenn. – As the fall 2026 season draws near, anticipation is high for King University women's soccer. The Tornado are preparing for a campaign filled with challenging road trips, key home matchups, and battles across Conference Carolinas, all set to test and showcase the growth of the program.
King opens the season on August 29 with a neutral-site matchup against Christian Brothers in Nashville at 3:00 PM, a high-profile opener designed to set the tone for the year. The Tornado then hit the road for a night contest at Maryville College on September 2 before returning home to face Converse on September 5 at 1:00 PM in their home opener.
The early portion of the schedule continues with a home match against Mars Hill on September 8, followed by a visit to Young Harris on September 12. The Tornado then host Belmont Abbey (September 15) and Bluefield State (September 17) in back-to-back home games, providing fans ample opportunity to see the team in action.
Conference play ramps up as King travels to Lees-McRae on September 22 and hosts Chowan on September 26. The month concludes with a road matchup at North Greenville on September 30.
October features a balanced slate of home and away challenges. The Tornado return home to face Shorter on October 3, then travel to Converse on October 6. Southern Wesleyan comes to Bristol on October 10, followed by Lees-McRae on October 14. King closes the regular season with a road swing at Belmont Abbey (October 17) and Ferrum (October 20), before returning to the Student Center Complex to host North Greenville in the finale on October 24.
