Stella Steigler has been selected as the
Conference Carolinas Women's Wrestler of the Week following a dominant stretch of performances that showcased her power, precision, and consistency on the mat. Competing at
160 pounds and representing
Orange County, Virginia, Steigler posted a flawless
5–0 record across dual and tournament action.
Steigler opened her week with a commanding victory in a South Atlantic Conference Carolinas dual, pinning Mount Olive's Eliana Pollock in 1:55. She carried that momentum into the Tornado Open, where she swept the field to claim the 160-pound title.
Her tournament run began with a 1:46 pin over Elizabella Laurin of Red River Wrestling Club, followed by an 11–0 technical fall against Slingshot Wrestling Club. In a rematch with Pollock, Steigler needed just 38 seconds to secure another pin. She closed out the event with a composed and controlled 5–0 decision over Janiya Johnson in the championship bout.
Steigler's undefeated week underscores her competitive edge and reliability as a key contributor to King's lineup. Her performance not only earned her the weekly conference honor but also reaffirmed her status as one of the region's standout wrestlers.
