MARS HILL, N.C. – The King University women's soccer team opened their season with a 4-0 loss to USC Beaufort on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- USCB had four individuals score a goal each, two in each half of the game.
- Olivia Stetson played all 90 minutes as the goal keeper for the Tornado. She ended the game with 13 saves.
- King totaled five shots on goal by Izzy Clark (2), Mackenzie Winters (1), Emilee Lane (1), and Brianna Sabitino (1) but all were stopped by the Sand Sharks.
- The Tornado did win the penalty battle as they were only called for 3 while USCB tallied 14 fouls.

- Stetson recorded 13 saves and allowed only 4 goals on the 30 shots by the Sand Sharks
